2. Click on "Start" > "Settings" > "Windows Security"
3. Click on the "Change Password" button.

I am a new user and my printers are not displaying?
The IAMHOSTED platform should automatically display your local printers when you are logged into the service. If they do not appear after you have been setup, one reason is that your printer settings need to be updated on your local machine. (In most instances this will affect users with a Multi-function printer).
To check if this update may apply to you, click this link to check and apply the update (as required).
My printers have disappeared during my session?
The IAMHOSTED platform automatically displays your local printers when you are logged into the service. If they do drop out, it most likely means your session has disconnected at some point (through a network drop-out etc) and your printers need to be re-connected. To do this you will need to log out of the platform and completely log back in.
To log out completely, a user should close MYOB (via File --> Exit) and then close the IAMHOSTED session, via "Start" and then "Log Off".
Once this has been done, you can log back into IAMHOSTED as normal.
I am receiving a Printer Error #5
MYOB is advising that no printer drivers are available to it use. This often means that your local Printers have been disconnected from your session. Your printers need to be re-connected. To do this you will need to log out of the platform and completely log back in.
To log out completely, a user should close MYOB (via File --> Exit) and then close the IAMHOSTED session, via "Start" and then "Log Off".
Once this has been done, you can log back into IAMHOSTED as normal.
How is the best way to log out of IAMHOSTED?
There are in fact two ways of "logging out" as such in IAMHOSTED.
One disconnects your session (but leaves any applications and company files open - If you do not close out of MYOB etc). This way, is closed via the the 'X' at the top of the screen (in the yellow or blue bar).
The second option and the preferred option will log you out completely and in turn close any applications and files that you yourself have not closed down in your session. To log out completely, a user should close MYOB (via "File" --> "Exit") and then close the IAMHOSTED session, via "Start" and then "Log Off".
I don't have my shortcut with me, how do I access the platform?

If you are accessing the platform from a trusted machine you can the remote desktop link (for Windows users) can be downloaded and saved from here.
